Thank you for choosing New Syed Pharma. We are committed to delivering your health care products safely and efficiently across Pakistan. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we partner with industry-leading logistics providers, PostEx and Leopard Courier Service.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally processed the same day.

  • You will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a competitive flat shipping rate across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above a certain value (e.g., 3,000 PKR).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Through our partners PostEx and Leopard, we aim for the following delivery windows:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.

  • Other Regions & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, extreme weather, or public holidays.

4. Our Logistics Partners

To provide you with the best service, we utilize two distinct systems:

  • PostEx: Primarily used for fast Cash on Delivery (COD) services and real-time tracking updates via SMS.

  • Leopard Courier: Utilized for our extensive nationwide reach, ensuring even the most remote areas have access to our healthcare products.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly through our partners’ portals:

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services nationwide. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of the rider. Our couriers are instructed not to open the package before payment is received.

7. Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Please provide a physical address for delivery. Our courier partners (PostEx and Leopard) require a physical location and a valid contact number to ensure successful hand-to-hand delivery.

8. Damages and Missing Parcels

New Syed Pharma is responsible for the safety of your products until they reach your doorstep.

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.

  • If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 24 hours.

9. International Shipping

Currently, New Syed Pharma only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
