Refund and Returns Policy

At New Syed Pharma, we are committed to the quality of our health care products and your complete satisfaction. Because we sell consumable health supplements and liquid tonics, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the safety and health of all our customers, we only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The tamper-evident seal on the bottle or syrup must be completely intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Products purchased on clearance, during special sales, or using promotional discount codes (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our glass and plastic tonic bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

  • Action Required: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@newsyedpharma.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92-322-0706000. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Company Responsibility: New Syed Pharma will cover all return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

6. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility (7-Km, Sheikhupura Road Muridke, Pakistan), our quality assurance team will inspect the package to ensure the seals are intact. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
